Directions from M55 Motorway
Leave the M55 at Junction 4 and turn left at the roundabout
onto A538 (Preston New Rd).
At the traffic lights turn right (West) onto Whitehill Road,
then immediately turn left (South) onto Peel Road.
At the junction turn right (South) onto Ballam Road.
Immediately after the Golf Course bear left (South-East) onto Park View Road.
Keep straight onto B5259 (Station Road).
Turn Left at the end of Station Rd (mini-roundabout) onto East Beach.
Lytham Quays is situated next to the Land Registry on your right.
