The Local Environment
 Lytham Quays itself affords views of the Ribble Estuary National Nature Reserve which is the most important site in the UK for wildfowl and is an internationally important site for 20 species of bird.
Surrounding Lytham and St Annes is the rural charm of the Fylde Countryside. With Hamlets, small villages and market towns each having their own special heritage and charm, including vibrant rural communities such as Singleton, Elswick and Wrea Green - home of the quaint Village Green and duck pond and Freckleton, which is one of the Fylde's oldest villages.
